Course Pricing

• The base price is the initial price set for the course before any discounts are applied, if applicable.

• Occasionally, there may be a promotional price for a limited time.

• Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, the price is fixed and cannot be changed. No refunds or credits will be issued for special offers or promotions after booking. Similarly, any price increase after booking will not affect the originally paid price.

Payment Terms

• The full course fee must be paid in advance before the course begins.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Prepayment

• Prepayment is required to secure your booking for Change Your Mind, Create New Results, Conscious Creation, and Coherent Heart. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Non-Refundable Bookings

• All bookings made for these courses are non-refundable. We commit resources and reserve your spot upon booking; thus, refunds are not available for cancellations.

Date Change

• Date change requests must be submitted in writing to neave@niamhbrosnan.com at least 7 days prior to the scheduled course date.

• Date changes are subject to availability and approval by Niamh Brosnan LLC.

• A maximum of one date change per booking is allowed.

• Any price difference between the original booking and the new date is the responsibility of the participant and must be paid before the new course date.

Special Circumstances

• In cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, travel restrictions), exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered.

• Requests for exceptions must be made in writing to neave@niamhbrosnan.com, accompanied by supporting documentation where applicable.

• Decisions regarding exceptions are at the discretion of Niamh Brosnan LLC and will be made on a case-by-case basis.

No Shows

• Failure to attend the course without prior notification will result in forfeiture of your booking, and no refund or credit will be provided.

Refund Policy

• Bookings for Change Your Mind, Create New Results, Conscious Creation, and Coherent Heart are non-refundable.

Mentoring

• We offer personalized 1-to-1 mentoring to support your transition.

• Mentoring sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

• Mentoring payments are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

• Cancellations or rescheduling of mentoring sessions must adhere to the same cancellation policy as outlined for courses.

• Payment options:

  • Hourly Basis: Mentoring sessions can be booked per hour.

  • Package Purchase: Multiple-session packages are available.

Additional Training Courses
